Kincaid, Ph.D. is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor through the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification and a Certified Life Care Planner through the Commission on Health Care Certification. Dr. Kincaid is also certified as an Assistive Technology Practitioner by the Rehabilitation Engineering Society of North America. He is one of the few vocational rehabilitation counselors in the U.S. who have been credentialed as a Certified Vocational Expert by the American Board of Vocational Experts and also as an Assistive Technology Practitioner.
