Leslie Watson

Leslie has specialized in medical and cost research for life care
planning for the past 13 years. Researching costs for physicians, therapies,
medical equipment and supplies, surgeries, home health care, diagnostic
testing, long term care and the other complex needs required for life
care planning represent the primary focus of her expertise. She maintains
a high-quality standard of work along with the ability to be flexible
with the ever changing deadlines in the field.
Carin Straughn

Carin’s major responsibilities include report preparation, identification of occupational opportunities, review and summarization of medical records and chart compilation including documentation of legal exhibits, maintenance of electronic database and hard copy files of records as well electronic processing of retainer authorizations.
In addition to performing the function of client liaison, Carin also
serves as a notary public possessing the legal authority to take acknowledgments,
execute jurats, administer oaths and affirmations, take proofs of deeds
and execute protests for non-payment or non-acceptance.
Dan Wolstein

Dan has the responsibility of report preparation, transferable skills
analyses, job searches and labor market surveys. He works closely with
Dr. Kincaid and is in the process of acquiring the experiential skills
at Kincaid Vocational & Rehabilitation Services in conjunction with
accreditation in academia at the University of Medicine and Dentistry
in New Jersey. Dan collaborates in interviews, court dates and conferences.
He plans to enter the business as a Vocational Counselor when he receives
his Master’s in 2010 with a major in Rehabilitation Counseling.
Deborah Kincaid, M.S., A.T.R.

In addition to being a registered Art Therapist, Deborah’s organizational skills are critical to the efficient operation of Kincaid Vocational & Rehabilitation Services. She was the founder of J.D.S. Medical Management Co. and her expertise lies in daily office operations including accounts payable and receivable.
